Message	happened to me .. even worse .. I had 6 fingers break on mine .. Mine was also blue ...Greg told RPS to send me a new one, no questions asked. Great customer service ! PLEAZURE in SD The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody appreciates how difficult it was.
